Is the solar panel waterproof?

The solar panels have IP68 water resistance.

What is the operating temperature range and precautions for using the 100W solar panel?

The operating temperature of the solar panel is -43±2℃. Please read the product manual carefully before use. Solar panels are made of monocrystalline silicon wafers. Make sure that the solar panels are not hit on the ground, walked on or hit by foreign objects during installation and use, and do not sit on their surface because it can cause can damage the monocrystalline silicon wafers, which affects their use. Violent damage is not covered by the free warranty.

Do I need to clean the solar panel regularly?

Yes. There may be dust and foreign object deposits on the surface of the solar panel after long-term outdoor use, which partially blocks the light and reduces the power output. Regular cleaning can help keep the surface of the solar panel clean and free of debris and achieve a higher power output.

Does the photovoltaic system also work on consecutive rainy or foggy days after installation?

In continuous rain or fog, the intensity of solar radiation is low, so the output power of the photovoltaic panel is also low, but this does not affect the normal operation of the system.

Can the MIMEX residential system be installed in the basement? How much space do you need for this?

The MIMEX residential system can be installed indoors (basement). Keep a distance of 30cm around the inverter and 40cm around the battery pack.

Do the solar panels still generate electricity after a power outage? Does excessive power generation affect the battery?

After a power outage, both the PV panels and the battery will work normally, and the power circuit of the house will be powered by both the solar panels and the battery pack(s).

How can I find the SN code on my inverter?

The SN code is located on the exterior of the inverter. You can easily scan it with your mobile phone to register your device.

After installation, my system shows that the network is successfully configured, but I can't access the main page. What should I do?

Why hasn't my site data synchronized with the power station immediately?

Please allow a few minutes for the data transfer to complete.

What information should I provide during the Installer Registration process?

You only need to enter your email address.

If my device is no longer detected, how can I troubleshoot this issue?

Follow these steps: 

1. Ensure the battery is powered on.

  1. 2.Check if the inverter AC is disconnected.

  2. 3.Confirm that the inverter is powered on.

  3. 4.If it's still not detected, try reconfiguring the network.

How long is the warranty of the new replaced inverter after the original inverter been replacement?

The warranty period will not be interrupted by product repair or extended by replacement of the whole machine or equipment, and the replaced machine or equipment will automatically inherit the remaining warranty period of the whole machine or equipment before replacement.
